At Forged Foundations, we empower underserved youth and young adults with the practical skills they need to live independently and confidently. Our services include:
- Life Skills Courses: A structured 6-week program covering daily living essentials.
- Transitional Support: Ongoing guidance as individuals move into independence.
- One-on-One Coaching: Personalized help tailored to unique life goals and challenges.



What we offer:
6-Week Life Skills Program Overview
Each week covers a core area of self-sufficiency:
Week 1 – Self & Space Care
Hygiene, laundry, cleaning routines, and time management.
Week 2 – Kitchen Confidence
Meal planning, grocery shopping, food safety, and basic cooking.
Week 3 – Home Basics & Safety
Simple repairs, first aid, emergency plans, and safety protocols.
Week 4 – Financial Literacy
Budgeting, banking, paying bills, and avoiding scams.
Week 5 – Community Navigation
Using public services, booking appointments, and knowing your rights.
Week 6 – Emotional Intelligence & Goal Setting
Understanding emotions, building boundaries, and mapping out goals.

Volunteer Opportunities
Join our mission by becoming a mentor, instructor, or support team member! Volunteers help with:
- Teaching or assisting in life skills sessions
- Organizing supplies and spaces
- Hosting community drives and outreach
- Providing transportation for participants
- Administrative or tech support
Volunteer Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older
- Background check required
- Orientation and training provided
